By accessing or using PICKOSHIP's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Our Services

PICKOSHIP LIMITED provides e-commerce fulfillment services including:

• Product sourcing and procurement.
• Warehousing and inventory management.
• Quality control and inspection.
• Order fulfillment and shipping.
• Private labeling and packaging.

Payment and Fees

Our pricing structure includes:

• Setup: free account setup.
• Receiving: free inbound receiving.
• Storage: 180 days free storage.
• Fulfillment: $0.5 for first pick, $0.1 per additional pick.

All fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Limitation of Liability

PICKOSHIP LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.
