Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of pickoship.com and the fulfilment, sourcing and logistics services provided by Pickoship Limited ("Pickoship", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Pickoship Limited is a China-based sourcing and order-fulfilment operator that has served independent-store and DTC brands since 2012. We source products, hold inventory in our own warehouses in Shenzhen and Dongguan, and ship worldwide on tracked lanes. We act as your operational partner — not as the seller of record to your end customers.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse the platform, or breach these Terms.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you authorise us to source, pick, pack and ship the specified items to your customer. You agree to:

• Provide accurate product, recipient and shipping details.
• Maintain sufficient account balance or an approved payment method for order and shipping costs.
• Pay only for what actually ships — we do not auto-charge recurring platform fees (see our Pricing Policy).

Every quote separates product cost and shipping as two clear line items. We confirm all charges before an order is processed. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly mis-stated, or we suspect fraud or an unlawful transaction.

4. Sourcing and product accuracy

We source from vetted factories and inspect batches before dispatch. While we work hard to keep product information accurate, specifications, prices and availability can change. Where a sample and bulk production differ materially, we will flag it and work with you on a resolution before shipping.

5. Restricted and sensitive goods

We fulfil many categories that other 3PLs reject — including items with built-in batteries, liquids, and cosmetic goods — using compliant, declared shipping channels. Acceptance depends on the destination country and current carrier policy, which we confirm in writing per product. You are responsible for ensuring the products you sell are legal to sell and import in your target markets.

6. Branding and private label

We offer optional branding services — custom inserts, packaging and labelling. These apply to eligible products and may involve minimum quantities or third-party production costs, all confirmed before work begins.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to: break the law; infringe anyone's intellectual property; ship counterfeit or prohibited goods; upload malicious code; or misuse other users' or customers' data. We may suspend access and, where appropriate, notify authorities for serious breaches.

8. Intellectual property

Products and content on our platform originate from suppliers, partners or from you. If you believe something infringes your rights, email hh@pickoship.com with details and we will review and, where valid, remove or disable the content promptly. Responsibility for supplier- or third-party-provided content rests with that party.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, pause or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickoship is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Amounts already due remain payable.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
