Common questions before you start
What is the minimum order quantity for private label packaging?
There is no single MOQ for every project. It varies by material, size, printing method, supplier and product. Share your product and packaging idea so we can confirm the practical options and minimums.
Can I start with labels or inserts before ordering custom boxes?
Often, yes. Light branding can be a practical way to improve the unboxing experience before committing to a more complex printed package. Suitability still depends on the product and required labeling.
Do I need finished artwork before requesting a quote?
No. A logo, references and a clear description can be enough for an initial feasibility review. Production artwork, dimensions and print specifications must be approved before manufacturing.
Can I approve a sample before production?
A sample can be included when the project requires one. The quote should state the sample scope, timing, cost and approval process before the production run is authorized.
Can branded materials be stored with my inventory?
Yes, when agreed in the fulfillment plan. We confirm how materials are received, stored, counted, reordered and matched to the correct products and orders.
Can you remove supplier invoices and marketplace materials?
Neutral fulfillment instructions can exclude supplier invoices and marketplace promotional material from approved outbound parcels. Any legally required label or document still has to remain.
Do you support product-level OEM or ODM changes?
These requests are assessed individually. Feasibility depends on the supplier, tooling, order quantity, compliance, intellectual-property clearance and the exact change requested.
How long does private label production take?
Timing begins only after scope, artwork and any required sample are approved. The production estimate depends on the material, supplier, quantity and current capacity, so it is confirmed in the project quote.
