Materials you can see and compare

See the packaging details before you approve production

Private label decisions are physical: board thickness, paper texture, print finish, adhesive, label construction and how each item fits around the product. We review those details against your product and order volume.

Build the unboxing experience

Choose the parts your brand actually needs

Start with a practical request, then add deeper customization when order volume and product validation justify it.

Custom Packaging

Request printed mailers, bags, retail boxes, tape or other product-specific packaging based on the approved size, material and artwork.

Inserts & Thank-You Cards

Add care instructions, QR codes, offers or brand messages inside the parcel using the final artwork you approve.

Labels & Hang Tags

Apply product labels, size labels, barcode stickers or hang tags according to the confirmed product and destination requirements.

Neutral Fulfillment

Keep supplier invoices and marketplace marketing out of approved outbound parcels so the customer experience stays centered on your store.

Product Photography

Request product images from the approved sample or inventory. Scope, shot list, styling and usage needs are confirmed before work begins.

Kitting & Bundles

Combine approved products, inserts and packaging into a defined sellable set with an assembly checklist for repeatable fulfillment.

Every project is scoped. MOQ, material availability, unit cost, production lead time and application fees depend on the product, artwork, packaging specification and supplier. We confirm these before production—not after.
Start small, scale when ready

A customization path matched to your stage

The right first step is the one your product economics and order volume can support.

  • Custom components or color request
  • Retail-ready packaging set

Make the unknowns visible

What your quote confirms before production

A useful private label quote is more than a price. It should define what will be made, how it will be checked, and what must happen before your inventory is packed.

Scope and specifications

Product version, material, dimensions, color references, artwork files, print position and packing method.

MOQ and commercial terms

Minimum quantity, unit pricing, setup or tooling where applicable, payment stage and storage assumptions.

Sample and approval path

Whether a sample is needed, what it includes, who approves it and what changes require a new approval.

Production and quality checks

Estimated production timing after approval, inspection points, tolerance questions and photo documentation scope.

Fulfillment application

How branded materials are received, stored, counted, applied to orders and handled when stock runs low.

Destination requirements

Labels, warnings, documents and product-specific restrictions that need review for the intended markets.

Private label questions

Common questions before you start

What is the minimum order quantity for private label packaging?

There is no single MOQ for every project. It varies by material, size, printing method, supplier and product. Share your product and packaging idea so we can confirm the practical options and minimums.

Can I start with labels or inserts before ordering custom boxes?

Often, yes. Light branding can be a practical way to improve the unboxing experience before committing to a more complex printed package. Suitability still depends on the product and required labeling.

Do I need finished artwork before requesting a quote?

No. A logo, references and a clear description can be enough for an initial feasibility review. Production artwork, dimensions and print specifications must be approved before manufacturing.

Can I approve a sample before production?

A sample can be included when the project requires one. The quote should state the sample scope, timing, cost and approval process before the production run is authorized.

Can branded materials be stored with my inventory?

Yes, when agreed in the fulfillment plan. We confirm how materials are received, stored, counted, reordered and matched to the correct products and orders.

Can you remove supplier invoices and marketplace materials?

Neutral fulfillment instructions can exclude supplier invoices and marketplace promotional material from approved outbound parcels. Any legally required label or document still has to remain.

Do you support product-level OEM or ODM changes?

These requests are assessed individually. Feasibility depends on the supplier, tooling, order quantity, compliance, intellectual-property clearance and the exact change requested.

How long does private label production take?

Timing begins only after scope, artwork and any required sample are approved. The production estimate depends on the material, supplier, quantity and current capacity, so it is confirmed in the project quote.
